Grammostola rosea or rosehair is a nice spider but hard to breed and sometimes a little tricky with feeding, They need a natural "hybernation phase".

Best bets are on:
Avicularia avicularia - tree
Avicularia metallica - tree
Brachypelma albopilosum (curly hair) - ground
Brachypelma smithi - ground
Grammostola pulchra - ground
Lasiodora klugi -ground
Poecilothera ornata - tree

These are all very nice starters.
Most of them are well tempered and not very defensive vs. Theraposa blondi or Haplopelma lividum.
There sice is also moderate unlike Theraposa blondi, Lasiodora parahybana, Grammostola pulchripes.
Beware of the hairs from the graund spiderds ! they are irritating and you can develop itchy rashes.

Hope that helpes.
